Vanity Fair Hillary Shots
Vanity Fair had a little fun with Hillary Clinton last week. But it didn’t last long.
Hillary Shots
The mag produce this video for its on-line site The Hive. The sketch featured staffers proposing toasts to Hillary. And each toast offered a New Year’s resolution urging her to abstain from running for office again.
One recommended she teach Yoga, another counseled alternate nostril breathing and another advised her to take up knitting.
Naturally the Hillary Faithful charged sexism. So Vanity Fair apologized and pulled the video.
Trump Insurance Mandate
FBI honchos Peter Strzok and Lisa Page shared their hate for Trump in hundreds of texts. Nothing wrong with that. Even FBI agents have political gripes.
But these two weren’t just any agents. They were hired by Robert Mueller for his special investigation of Russian collusion in the 2016 election. And Strzok had led the Hillary email investigation
Trump Insurance
And in a meeting in the office of Deputy Director Andrew McCabe Strzok argued the need for an insurance policy in case Trump were to win the election:
“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office – that there’s no way he gets elected – but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” Strzok texted on Aug. 15, 2016. “It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.”

Michael Flynn’s guilty plea inspired James Comey to tweet this bible verse about righteous water.

Comey inspired the Mueller investigation when he leaked his own memo about his meeting with Trump.
Senator Pocahontas
President Trump cracked wise about Senator Pocahontas to some Native American WWII heroes on Monday. Of course he was referring to Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts.
Warren, a blue eyed blonde, landed a job at Harvard Law School while claiming to be a Cherokee Indian, due to high cheekbones. Harvard touted her as the law school’s “first woman of color.”
Senator Pocahontas
Now she’s touchy about the subject. So she took Trump’s bait and called his comment a racial slur.
Mollie Hemingway says that makes no sense:
The only way the Pocahontas insult makes sense is as a joke about Warren’s false claim of being Native American. He’s not insulting her for being a Native American, because she’s not Native American. He’s highlighting how she gave employers and others false information about her tribal status while at Harvard and elsewhere.
Clinton Revision
Bill Clinton survived impeachment thanks to feminists. For them, his defense of abortion rights trumped sexual assault.
You sure you don’t want to file a report, ma’am?
But now the Clinton’s are out of power and the views are a-changing.

Michelle Goldberg led the Clinton revision charge with a NYT piece announcing she believes Juanita Broaddrick’s claim that Bill raped her.
Mathew Yglesias writes in Vox that he was only in high school when Monica took a knee. But now he’s re-evaluating the Clinton years and thinks Bubba should have resigned.
Even Hillary’s senate successor, Kirsten Gillibrand, is on board the new Democratic bandwagon.
She now agrees The Big Dog should have been put down.
The economy is in good shape and the president’s jogging,
