What Would a Successful Insurrection Look Like?

successful insurrection, electoral college, House, impeachment

What would a successful insurrection look like. Would Chief Justice Roberts sit out the inauguration like he did the second impeachment? Would the bare chested guy with the fury head and horns swear in the president on a cold January day?

Equity Doesn’t Mean We All Get Shares of GameStop

equity, equality, racial equity

President Biden recently signed executive orders promoting racial equity. He didn’t mention equality. Is equity the new equality? Here’s what Webster has to say about it. And here’s an illustration of the difference between the two.

Locked Down Traders flush Wall Street Elite

locked down, locked down traders, Wall street elite

Locked down, lost your job? Have some fun flushing a hedge fund.

I ran across this update on an old prank in Thursday’s Wall Street Journal:

On Discord, in a chat room linked to WallStreeBets, a user on Tuesday posted, “Guys, we need to pump $GME. Everyone buy 1000 shares in exactly 60 seconds.”

Executive Order White House Cancel Culture

Executive order, cancel culture

Legislation is out and executive orders are in. For example, “Pen and a Phone” President Obama signed 19 executive orders in his first 12 days. Have you ever supported Donald Trump?, Lincoln project

Have you ever supported Donald Trump? A lot of people have but some might be gone with the wind. In November Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tweeted, “Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future?”

No worries, AOC, people are archiving away. The archivers include the never Trump Republicans of The Lincoln Project. They’re busy filling up a database with the names of former Trump staffers. The WSJ editorial page calls it a blacklist.

The Accountability Project is also hard at work. Former Obama spokesman Hari Sevugan tweeted, “WH staff are starting to look for jobs. Employers considering them should know there are consequences for hiring anyone who helped Trump attack American values.”
