This was inspired by an Andrew Wilson column in the WSJ (You may have to be a subscriber to open the link, sorry). He describes the widening divide in his own family over Obama.

Cartoonist Acted Stupidly
That would be me. Tony Stalls of the Arlington, VA FOP Lodge NOVA 35 tells me that the FOP endorsed McCain. I could say the guy in the cartoon only has an FOP sticker on his Obama supporting car so he won’t get a ticket. But that would be wrong.
