Death to America Greetings
One of President Obama’s justifications for the Iran nuke deal is that it would bring Iran into the civilized “community of nations”.
And so it has.
Death to America
The ayatollah offers a friendly reminder not to take offense when his followers shout Death to America. They don’t mean death to individual Americans, just death to our system of government and all our institutions.
Well, then. None taken.
The media avoids what has to be discontent of Iran’s equivalent of our “Joe Six-Pack”. I can’t believe that he is happy with their leadership’s constant thumb in the eye of America.
Those folks are suffering and may be benefiting somewhat from the “deal”, as bad as it is.
Media has a responsibility to highlight the plight of secular Iran and their pushback to the Ayatollahs. Our own leadership has a responsibility to seek out and support in any way possible moderate Iran. They will be the saviors of their country.
There is no Freedom of Speech in Iran. The “moderates” know to keep their mouths closed about dissension or have their tongues cut out or worse, lose their heads.
And don’t count on any help from our Media. They are bought and will follow the boss’ orders. We have a gov’t run propaganda machine. You get only what they will allow you to read r listen to.
